Ashtanga Beginners Workshop
A gentle and clear introduction to traditional Ashtanga Yoga in the Mysore style.
This workshop is for complete beginners, curious students, or anyone who has tried yoga before but wants to understand the Ashtanga method from the beginning.
You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced. We will start slowly and build the foundations step by step.
What you will learn
During the workshop, you will learn:
the basic structure of the Ashtanga practice
sun salutations and the first standing postures
breathing technique
how a Mysore-style class works
how to begin a safe and sustainable self-practice
how to continue after the workshop
By the end, you will have a short sequence that you can remember and practice on your own.
