Traditionally Ashtanga practitioners rest on moon days. Take rest! There is no Mysore classes. By observing the moon days we honor the rhythms of nature and we align with them.

Every last Friday of each month, there is a Traditional Primary Series guided class that is not open to beginners in the Mysore style. First, you need to attend the Mysore classes to be able to take the guided class.


January / mid-February Schedule Adjustment
In January, the teaching schedule will be slightly reduced, and will be taught by Luis

  • Guided teaching: 7:30–9:30

  • Open self-practice: 7:00–7:30 and 9:30–10:00

  • Fridays’ normal schedule 7-10 with Cami


Classes are taught in English, Spanish a bit of German could be possible

During the week, the door is open at 6.30 if you have an established practice, you can start practicing at that time. Teaching begins at 7.

We offer Self-practice from 10-12 on donation-based when you are not our student.

You do not need to book in advance to come and practice. An email is enough especially if you are a beginner. If you have a regular practice you can just drop by.

The studio offers mats to rent for 1€
